“Freedom is man’s capacity to take a hand in his own development. It is our capacity to mold ourselves.”
Rollo May
My work is rooted in Humanistic, Existential, Psychoanalytic, and Intersubjective theory and practice.
I believe that relational difficulty is at the heart of psychological pain and anguish; relationships from the past, relationships in the present and our relationship with ourselves and our life. It is through the therapeutic relationship that old wounds may heal, new insights might be sought, and a sense of empowerment may be rediscovered.
How we reach that place of empowerment is as yet not known, that is for you and I to discover.
